Role:
Assist IT Manager to maintain and develop business applications, database administration from deployment and development stage to end-user support while ensure compliance for application audits and provide appropriate solutions to business
Accountabilities:
Provide support and maintenance to business applications. Cooperate with IT manager to develop contingency plan for applications and perform compliance tests. Responsible for customization, upgrade, development, testing and deployment of applications. Provide support for application users. Interface between end users and third party support services. Work with business teams to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Participate to management of application projects. Develop and maintain application related processes as well as ensure its compliance to business audits. Databases Administration. Backup and recovery for databases. Perform DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) testing for databases. -
Yêu cầu công việc:

Kỹ năng
Knowledge of Oracle Business Suite application and database
University degree (major in MIS (Management of Information System) is an advantage)
At least 4 years in IT, in which at least two years working with Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/ database
Strong communication skills, customer service and business partnering attitude, independent, self-motivated
Good at English, analytical and problem-solving skill
